Signed and with annotations by the author.
Measurements: 23 x 32 cm (notebook).
Lot made up of a set of nineteen drawings done in different techniques such as sanguine, charcoal or pencil. The scenes, all of them different, are grouped into four main themes: "Picadors", "Notes from the Monte Carlo Ballet", "Characters in a tavern" and "Religious and mythological scenes". Pedro Mozos was a self-taught painter who completed his training by attending several schools as a free pupil, showing his early talent for drawing and painting. He became a teacher of Artistic Drawing at the School of Applied Arts and Artistic Trades in Madrid and Professor of Drawing at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid. His work has been exhibited in Madrid, Alicante, Palencia, Barcelona, etc., and is kept in several private collections and institutions such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and the Museo de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, in Madrid, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao, the Diputación de Palencia, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Vitoria, etc.
